Below are our current rent prices. Please keep in mind that these prices are subject to change.

Security Deposits:
• 1-bedroom, $250.00
• 2-bedroom, $275.00
• 3-bedroom, $300.00
Pet Fee: $350 (non-refundable)
Key deposit: $50 per key
Flat rent rates:
• 1 Bedroom $525.00
• 2 Bedroom $689.00
• 3 Bedroom- $826.00
Rental rates are based on 30% of the adjusted annual income, not to exceed the flat rental rates listed above.
